Information used by the workspace
Access requests include your name, email, company, requested license count, and message. Member accounts include an email address and optional name. Company records include membership, license assignments, permissions, billing references, and account activity. Cloud projects may include drawings, comments, review decisions, and version history.
Why it is used
This information allows the owner to respond to access requests, invite members, provide account access, manage company licenses, process subscription events, and maintain project history. Company administrators can see member information within their company. Authorized project members can see the project’s activity and comments.
Service providers
The website is designed to use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and data, Resend for account emails, and Stripe for payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored in the ELX Studio database.
Local and cloud drawings
Local desktop project files are separate from this website. Files reach the cloud workspace only when uploaded or synchronized through a configured integration. Cloud project versions and activity records preserve engineering history.
Cookies and account sessions
Essential session cookies keep you signed in. This website does not add advertising trackers. Authentication and request protection are used to restrict account access and limit abuse.
Retention and requests
Contact the service operator to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Retention periods and the handling of company project history must be specified in your company’s service agreement before onboarding. Contact the owner through an access request if you do not yet have an account.
