Invitation-only accounts
The platform owner grants membership by personal email invitation. Invited members choose their own password. Company administrators assign available licenses and checking or approval permissions to admitted members.
Company subscriptions
Available prices, billing intervals, quantities, and any applicable taxes are presented before payment. Subscription changes are managed through the company workspace and Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation, refund, renewal, and support terms must be included in your agreed offer.
Engineering work and reviews
Projects can record designed, checked, and approved states. An edit to a reviewed project creates a new version and returns it to designed. An approver may lock a project to prevent changes. Software permissions and status records support your company’s review process; your organization determines its engineering requirements.
Desktop and cloud
The desktop application is distributed separately. Local files remain available in the desktop workflow. Website cloud records and desktop cloud synchronization are distinct capabilities; desktop synchronization requires a compatible integration.
